Position: Customs Clearance & Freight Forwarding Executive

We are looking for a Customs Clearance & Freight Forwarding Executive who can manage Import/Export operations using Mirsal II (Dubai Customs).
The role requires strong understanding of UAE customs procedures, shipment documentation, and communication with key logistics stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
-
Handle Import and Export Declarations through Mirsal II, including risk assessment and duty payments.

Classify goods with accurate HS codes and ensure correct VAT and customs duty calculations.

Manage Air, Sea, and Land shipments (FCL, LCL, RORO, Break-Bulk).
-
Prepare and verify shipping documents: Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, DG forms, etc.
-
Coordinate with Dubai Customs, FTA, warehouses, and transporters for timely clearance.
-
Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping of declarations and payments.
-
Assist in TRN verification, FTA deregistration, and customs code activation where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Mirsal II (Mandatory)

Knowledge of Dubai Trade, JAFZA, DAFZA processes

Strong understanding of HS codes, VAT, and Incoterms

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and shipment tracking tools

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
-
2+ years of experience in freight forwarding/customs clearance
-
Valid UAE Driving License preferred

Account / Finance Assistant

Maintain accurate financial records and assist in daily accounting operations.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Support in handling accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial data.

Assist with monthly financial reports and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for billing and payment matters.

Requirements

Handle documentation, shipment tracking, and compliance with UAE customs regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics management (UAE experience preferred).
